1My clients range from a Badminton Horse Trials rider (finished 11th in the World) to a Mixed Martial Arts fighter (British Championship fight upcoming) to housewives, to a retired couple. In other words, all abilities!

Every client has an individual program tailored to their fitness levels and goals.

6I am passionate about fitness being fun and enjoyable. It it’s not fun, there’s no point – it’s as simple as that. You will dread training and before long find excuses not to come.
That won’t happen with me!

If you’re training toward a specific event, or just to shape up for the beach, we’ll use a number of proven methods. Before you know it, you’ll be able to train longer and harder than you thought possible!


I have a couple of slots available currently.
Tuesdays, 9.00-10.00am and 3.00-4.00pm
Wednesdays, 1.30-2.30pm
