Held in Chinnor Playing Fields, this class is as hardcore as it gets!
A 45 minute class designed to put you through your paces. Using a combination of pure kettlebell exercises, crossfit and AMRAP training, you’ll know you have worked out!
If it is safe to do so, we will always try to do this class outdoors.
